Product - The physical product

People - Who is your target market?
Place - Where your product will be sold.

SWOT Analysis
S - Strengths (internal)
W - Weaknesses (internal)
O - Opportunities (external)
T -  Threats (external)

Types
B2B - Business to Business (relationship driven)
B2C - Business to consumer (product driven)
